The Influence Of Transformational Leadership, Knowledge Sharing, And Academic Integrity On Lecturer Innovativeness

The purpose of this study, is to test and analyze the factors that influence both partially simultaneously on innovativeness lecturers at 6 First State Polytechnic Colleges in Ministry Research Technology, using a questionnaire has been tested for validity reliability against 200 respondents, verification way carried out through method analysis structural equation models (Structural Equation Modeling) Lisrel V.8.80 software. results research hypothesis testing show transformational leadership, knowledge sharing, academic integrity affect with contribution 73%. Of three variables, more dominant compared other variables.
